Helping
owners of small businesses substantially increase
profits while decreasing their work load!
The President’s
Roundtable is a small group (minimum 6 – maximum
15) that meets twice a month. Each one-hour meeting
is held on telephone “conference call” line.
You'll
meet with a group of other owners of small businesses
who want to:
- Solve problems!
- Develop and examine strategies to growth and increased
profits!
- Develop new skills!
- Improve systems, and techniques!
- Take advantage of new technologies!
- Try out new ideas!
- Find new resources!
- Learn how others balance business goals and personal
goals!
Each meeting
is divided into two parts:
The Presidents
Roundtable is your “Board of Advisors”
The members
of a Roundtable will become your informal “Board
of Advisors” and, of course, you will become part
of their board also. Sharing goals and ideas, seeing
them from others' perspectives, learning from others'
experiences, resources, and networks will increase your
vision, your reach, and your growth.
The Presidents
Roundtable is your continuous learning institution.
In each meeting
there is a “Topic of the Day” that introduces
a growth concept presented by a trained small business
coach or professional in a field of interest to the
President of a growing company.
Topics for
the initial meetings are:
- Assessing the state of your business
- How you can create customer loyalty
- How you can market and budget for growth
- How you can staff your company for excellence
- How you can minimize risk
And
your first month is FREE!
That’s
right, you can become part of a President’s Roundtable
starting soon. The first month is absolutely FREE. You
can quit the Roundtable at the end of the first month…
period.
What does
The President’s Roundtable Cost?
If you find
that The President’s Roundtable is the place for
you and elect to continue, you will be charged the one-time
Initial Membership Fee of $100 and you will prepay the
next two months (only $50 per month) so, at the start
of your second month, you will be billed $200.
Beyond this
initial three-month introductory period, your dues will
be charged every three months ($150 for the next three-month
period). You can leave The President’s Roundtable
at the end of any three-month period.
